Welcome to the Journal of Malay Constitutional Studies (JMCS)

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Journal of Malay Constitutional Studies (JMCS), an international peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Raja Ali Haji Research Network (RAHRN).

JMCS is dedicated to advancing Malay Constitutionalism as an emerging field within global constitutional scholarship. The journal welcomes original manuscripts in constitutional law, constitutional theory, comparative constitutional law, indigenous constitutionalism, governance, legal history, and Southeast Asian legal studies.

We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world to submit their best work and join us in developing a vibrant academic conversation on constitutional thought from the Malay World.
