Manuscripts should present original findings, theoretical innovation, or critical analysis that advances constitutional scholarship within regional and global contexts.
Review Articles
This section publishes comprehensive review articles that critically evaluate existing literature, identify emerging debates, and propose future research directions in constitutional law, Malay Constitutionalism, governance, legal history, and related interdisciplinary fields.
Book Reviews
This section publishes critical reviews of recently published books relevant to constitutional law, constitutional theory, governance, legal history, indigenous constitutionalism, and Malay studies.
Editorial
Editorials provide scholarly reflections from the Editor-in-Chief or invited editors regarding current developments in constitutional scholarship, special issues, and the intellectual direction of the Journal of Malay Constitutional Studies.
